    [CQ] Samsung C8380DN

    I've got a Samsung C8380 that has cyan background on all the copies. Color and black and white. It only has 140 copies on it so it's practically new. I've changed the toner cartridge, imaging unit and the transfer unit and none of it helped. Does anyone have any suggestions on this problem?

      As with all Samsung machines, make sure the firmware is up to date. The 8380 also had an upgrade I think with the HVPS and drum units.

          Yep I did do the firmware. I think I've got it now. Looks like I had a grounding problem. Gonna do some more checks and see. Appreciate you help.
