Thank You BlackCat for your help, I'm a Toshiba/Sharp guy but trying to learn some of the Samsung small equip., I need to replace a bunch of my e150's and sharp AL's out in the field, sick of them and the high dollar fusers and such.
Do these Samsung 4725's hold up well, which one is preferable - the older 4725 or the newer 4826, the cartridges are alot higher on the 4826's I know...
The small Samsung machines do not tolerate a lot of paper variety. The 4725's have been reliable. I've had some weird board problems, but much better than the CLP315/CLX3175FN, or the CLP300/CLX3160FN. Take a look at the SCX5935 and the SCX-6632DN. I've got a couple over 150K with minimal problems.
Samsung buyers are a unique lot. They seem to expect that everything will be covered by warranty, forever, and that the cheap $50 refills should work fine. I had to make a policy of collecting a $45 diagnostic fee in advance of service, because it was impossible to collect anything after diagnosis. Their wallets seem to be nailed shut. =^..^=
