    Samsung CLX-3175FN ADF "slipping" Issue

    So after fixing the paper jam issue, now the printer is developing an issue with the ADF.

    When scanning thru the ADF, the top part of the scan tend to "stretch" vertically, e.g. "I" would become a very tall "I" (about twice as tall).

    The most likely culprit is JC66-01904A ROLLER-SCAN (and possibly also JC66-01909A ROLLER-EXIT) but those parts are marked as SNA (Service Not Available).

    Does anyone knows where I can find/buy them (tried samsungparts, can't find them)?

    Or what is the best rubber rejuvenator if I can't find the parts.

      The two cleaners I use the most are:
      1) Contractors De-Solv-It Orange-Sol,
      2) Martin Yale Roller Rejuvenator, Amazon.com: Rubber Roller Cleaner for Martin Yale Folders, 13 Ounce Spray Can PRE200: Explore similar items

      I've also heard rumors that WD40 works well, but use caution. WD40 will scar & melt plastic parts, and it's very easy to do. It just looks really unprofessional, and I won't take the chance.

              I've only ordered from them a few times, but haven't had any problems.

              Do a google search on the part number. There were lots of sellers, that was only the first on the list. =^..^=
