I have a problem with a Samsung scx-6545,fitted an imaging unit 6555a/see and machine comes to ready but all copies/reports go to held.The original image unit is 6555a,was wondering if there is a difference.The machine does reset the counter .

I had a SCX-5835FN/XAA that did something similar. The customer had been receiving a 50 pg fax, and decided to stop the reception. This customer was unable to say exactly keys were pressed, but afterwards all prints (from copies, fax, and prints) were "HELD". I replaced the PBA Main Controller, HDD, OP Panel, firmware. Nothing helped. In the end Samsung RA'd the whole machine.
I still have no idea what the cause was. Samsung didn't know either. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
