I just took in a Samsung scx 5935 and it wouldnt copy or do anything....it just held everything in memory...finally I found paper jammed in machine and now it fired up...there was no jam indication and the fuser was cold....when i got paper out it was fine..... I printed an error log and it seems a 24-2 error code constantly showed up ..I would assume this is a jam error...is that correct?? if so can you tell me more on this error....where can I get service manual or error list ??? thanks in advance !!

What a totally useless manual. Nothing about specific jam code numbers 24-002, 24-2, or anything else. On your jam log there should be a description line describing the error. That's about all you're going to get. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
