[Dead] Samsung CLP-600N - No power

    Hello all !
Hope this is in the right forum directory. This printer (CLP600N) has been rarely used for printing no more than 10 pages since bought in 2008.
It has had VERY light use and always kept off until needed.
On January 19,2013 ready to print, I turned on the printer with power switch, on for a few seconds then turned off.
Checked the AC cord and different outlet with no success (no lit panel or any sounds). Printer on a surge protection circuit.
I took out main power supply/SMPS JC44-00093A board and noticed no obvious damage (bad caps, etc). Measured AC power all the way to board.
Looking on what else to check for on board being aware that bad caps may be at fault and so on.
Anyone can assist on availability of part (power supply board, etc), local service or other options.
Darn shame that it's in mint condition, little use, full toners, etc.
    Any help appreciated.

Check for a blown fuse on the power supply.

A few years back I had a CLP-600N that got wet. The enduser dried it out, and replaced the blown fuse. When the machine still didn't work they called me out. In the process of re-installing the PS they had missed connector CON01. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for a reply. I did check for a fuse on the board and visually looked good. Did a check with meter and checked out good. All connectors on the board secured / all connected.
Power is found at the switch and at the end of the blue connector to the board.
Capacitors appear ok without any major obvious bulging or damage. However, who knows.
Any additional tips are appreciated for a solution. It's shame to put the unit out to pasture when barely used and full of toner.

Have you metered the DC outputs from the PS? It's covered quite nicely in the service manual. =^..^=

No I have not checked the DC outputs, yet. Will get the service manual but need to know if it's complete.

Got the service manual. Checked the smps for fuses finding f01 and another fuse f02 as per the schematic.
I know f01 is a glass fuse but f02 the same or hard wired?
Reason being, looks like a cover and need to know if it pulls out or have to desolder from board.
Any out there that knows, please let me know. Did notice other electronic fuses on schematic.

Not tried the outputs from PS yet. Did find one terminal of f02 fuse loose. I'm in the process looking for replacement in No. Va area. Will check output voltage thereafter.

I know I am sounding repetitive, but what about the outputs on the Power Supply? You don't even know if you're in the right part of the machine yet, and you're trying to fix stuff.

Don't fix until you get some confirmation that you're in the right part of the machine. =^..^=

Sorry for taking so long for a response, busy doing other things. It appeared fuse F02 was bad but when replaced, it blew. Looking for any shorts, etc. I guess getting any voltage off the board not possible until it's ok. Any similar problems seen with a solution to look for would be appreciated.

Looks like the board is toast and need to find a source or some user with a spare one.
Looking for JC44-00093A replacement. Samsung advised their site but not seen.
Plug in board a second time and puff of smoke seen from it.
                            Any help appreciated.
