    [Electrical] Samsung SCX 4600

    I need service manual for Samsung SCX 4600,
    I have a problem that I occasionally released white paper.

          You want a manual, I get that part. But why? White paper? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I send something from a PC to print, the printer comes out white paper.
              The same happens when copied.
              I need a service book to see through troubleshooting, and if there is a scheme
              high voltage plate. I think that there is no voltage on the drum.

                  Check the drum grounding contact plate,maybe is bent and not making contact well.You could try an hard stop to see if is image formation on the drum.
                  Easiest way for troubleshoot is to test with another good cartridge
                  Defects are simple, our mind is complicated
