I have a SCX 6345 that will run a job fine then jam everytime on the next, I'm a Kyocera guy and have never worked on Samsung, I replaced the feed tires in both trays hopeing that was the cause, the copy stops just before it exits the machine, no fan folding it just stops leading me to believe it's a switch or sensor.

Re: Samsung SCX 6345 jams
Failing exit sensor is pretty common on these. The heat damages them. Sounds like that's your problem. Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"? -
Re: Samsung SCX 6345 jams
If you knew what the jam code was you could confirm it. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
