[CQ] MXM363n

The copy that goes out from the feeder are all white and when i use the glass it's ok ,i changed the boards on the back of the feeder, as well as the flat cables and the board on the scanner ,it fixes the prob. for 2 weeks and then it came back ,anyone of you can give me input on this one ?

No error at all ,the lamps come on ,but the funny thing now is that there is grey background on the whole page ,the firmware is updated to the latest files [ATTACH]31338

Yes, it stops under the slit glass,the only thing that i can figure out is that there is 2 scratches on the white reference sticker (is it possible that it would affect the CQ that much???)

+++UPDATE++++ It was the pin #1 cn 7 on the mother board that was bent,it goes to cn 11 pin 1 on the scu (scandata 0-).
