[Misc] message "Cleaning Transfert belt" MX4111

    Hello everyone,
I have an MX4111 with an MXLC11 that when used, will feed 2-3 sheets and message "cleaning transfer belt" show then resume for a few more and the same message keep popping. I know it as to do with the sheet being delayed to the PS Unit but what cause it ?? Feed rollers and clutches were replaced. Now I'm thinking the one way on the feed roller shaft + the torque limiter.
    Any other ideas please ?
    Thanks in advance.

check out TT-20307. For a different model but might be worth a shot.

Any time you get a jam in the registration area, you'll see the "cleaning ..." message. A typical cause is loss of transfer belt drive, specifically the gear on the "D" shaft that drives the belt unit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

you can adjust the resist buckle of LCC to fix this on sim 51-2 > engine section > item w

first try increasing by 10 and see it improves. this is trial and error so you have to try different values and set the best value

        Good luck!

Does this machine have the LCC? If so replace the two clutches in the LCC unit.

I agree with mansart. Every time I have had this same problem changing the 2 magnetic clutches in the LCC has resolved the issue.
