    ARM450 error U2-22

Need help/solutions for this code U2-22. I've tried swaping from a running m/c scanner pwd. It's still giving the same error. Any ideas?

That's a fax memory error. I'd start out with a memory clear sim 66-10. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

U2's will need to be cleared with Sim 16 or it won't go away.

If it clears, do a firmware update.
If it doesn't clear, try swapping in a new MFP board.

I've seen corrupt firmware do this several times.
If the firware update keeps returning NG, then replace flashroms or do a CN burn with known good roms and re-flash w/ latest version.

Had that very same problem today.

Not working. The machine doesn't have fax. I even cleared all memories. Thanks anyway.

I did use sim16 to clear it. But after power off/on back, the problem still there. I guess I'll go for the firmware updates.
But I don't know how. Whats the newest firmware? Can you send to me pls?
