    What model?

That attachment is too small to read.

      Oh, that's a Cannon.

      This is the Sharp section.

Actually SwisSeV, this Oce' is a rebadged Sharp AR-M350N series, but I can't make anything of the photo either. Maybe you can attach a smaller image? You might also check what driver version, what driver emulation, what driver manufacturer, etc, etc. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Drivers are tested and safe.

            Another solution do you know?

The printer is printing out the literal commands that are being sent instead of translating them into an image. I would delete the driver entirely of Maharat's computer and download the latest one. Try a different driver PCL6, PCL5e, or PS(If enabled)

Also make sure the firmware is the latest.

If nothing has changed on the network or with the computer then it could be the controller PWB.

Check your print settings, that looks like the hex dump is checked.
But this rebadge may not have that option.

You haven't said what application is being used to open the document. It looks to me like it's XVI32, and probably not the correct application. Unless I see some more specific answers, I think that's all I'll have to say on this topic. =^..^=
