I had Sharp AR-M351u photocopier with CIS unit for scanning the back of a document and CCD for scanning the front in a 2-2 scanning. Fortunately, the front scan is clear but the back scanned with the CIS is barely seen (not clear). I called on a technical who did some adjustment by pressing some codes and there was improvement. You can now see the scan but the problem now is that it is not SHARP. Please help me out

Start with the DF wiring harness. If this is an AR-EF1 it's (DHAI-3166FC11). =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
