    [CQ] Mx2310 blurred image

    I've got this problem on a mx2310. Black prints are fine but colours are not lining up, when I go into 50-22 to adjust drum alignment I get an error message?

      Check the primary transfer belt, especially the drive gear.
      Also, check the belt lift operation.

          Like Zootech said check the primary transfer drive gear, i have seen this problem several times. the gear can look intact from the outside but the oval cavity that the pin locks into can tear and only skip every couple rotations.

              If not the gear go to sim 50-10 and set A to 100

              Then go to sim 50-20 and set all of the colors to 100.

              Rerun sim 50-22 and it should work.
