F2-37 is a drum mark gain adjustment error. The drum mark sensor to the rear of the drum unit may be dirty, or the drum mark may be damaged.
If the drum mark sensor is dirty, you may have a leaking lower cleaning seal, a drum blade that is not cleaning, or overtoning of the developer.
If you have a damaged drum mark (the 13mm x 13mm square toward the rear of the drum surface) it may be a scratched drum, normal wear, or just the wrong type of drum. Not all Cougar drums are interchangable. The F2-37 is one of the symptoms for that.
Once the problem is resolved run simulation 44-02 to automatically adjust drum mark gain. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
