    Sharp MX-M350n

I have a sharp mx-m350 with L4-02 code. I replaced the drum unit and main drive. Didn't fix it ! The drum motor turns for about 1 second then codes out. Any ideas??

Did you replace the drum drive motor when you did the main drive? I have had them get weak.

Drum lock code, and have seen it many times on this model. Try replacing the rear drum spacer or put a small dab of lithium grease in the groove of the spacer where the drum gear rides in, also you can smooth the groove of the drum spacer with fine sand paper. also check the DV unit for binding but I have often found the problem is caused by the rear drum spacer. I have tried replacing all the things you have and they were never the cause, good luck
When I started servicing copiers they used toaster ovens for fusers.....I'm old
