    Sharp MX B402sc Fuser part

    Hey gang,

I'm rebuilding a fuser unit for a 402SC, and I'm having trouble locating a part number. In the parts guide under Fusing Unit 2, I see the number for the lower oil roller, but no number is listed for the cleaning roller for it.

Does anyone know what that might be?

    Thanks in advance...

Thank you... I didn't think this one applied since it has a cleaning web, and the 402sc doesn't use a web.

B42cl doesn't have web... Just opened one from box. No web, just cleaning rollers and cleaning plate. It's what you need.

For maintenance contracts I'm considering skipping those items and just replacing the upper/lowers. If you replace all items, you may as well buy a new unit - especially considering the labor that goes into it. Lower roller might last longer w/out cleaning roller pressing on it. Will update if fuser wear increases a lot or poor fusing occurs.

Here is kit for heater rollers. MX-B42HK You save about $62 for rebuild kits. Takes me about 35 minutes to rebuild one.
