I would replace all the feed clutches around 2meg and that one has 4.5M.

For my opinion best solution is to disable jam detection and you will find which problem is mechanical or electrical.
I dont remember exact sim number

Also update firmware.

We have couple m1204 which is over 25milion, no big problems until now

If you asked me
Machine will disable sensors, so if paper pass through machine sensor/detection is problem,
If stil he had a jams, there is some mechanical problem (clutch, gears, paper path...)

SIM 7-1 MISFEED DISABLE
