Sharp AR M237 fed noise tray 2

Noise in 2nd cassette unit , can put finger on end of paper feed shaft and feel a vibrarion when the noise occurs , can push down on the feed tire with finger while feeding and noise intensifies . Replaced the paper feed clutch , no better . Removed the sep pad assy and ran a page , noise was still there . Lubed as many moving shaft spots as I could see including the rear bushing . Sounds kind of vibrational or dragging sound like a sep pad noise but not that . Cassette unit and machine seem to meet well and join properly . Tray 1 sounds fine . Lead edge reg seems consistent from tray2 . I had no jams from tray 2 . Sometimes tray 2 will make no or very little noise . Older machine , about 274K on it , new customer for me . Anyone resolved a noise like this ? Thanks in advance , Ark .

I can't find documentation on it, but I seem to remember the gears wearing that drive cassette #2. It may have been on the Panther/Pegasus series.

Are you sure that it's not coming from the delivery unit or the jog sort assembly? That's where most of the noises come from on this bunch of machines. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
