Sharp AR-337 PPD2_ST1 Jams out the gazoo

I have replaced both registration rollers, along with the PPD2 sensor, shimmed the rt cover latches. Only shows 100K on it as a donated machine to a cash strapped non-profit that I would really like to help out.
    Any Ideas

I've got a few possibilities for you:

Misfeeds (jam code PSD_N, PPD2_ST1, PPD2_ST2, PPD2_NT2) leaving two pages doubled up just before the registration roller. Paper skews at the registration roller on AR-287. The lift spring for lower pre-registration guide rear moves forward inhibiting the movement of the pre-registration guide. Re-position the lift spring to the lower pre-registration guide rear all the way to the rear frame.

Misfeeds (jam code PPD2_NT1, PPD2_ST1, DUP) Z-folds 2nd side of duplex at the registration roller, or overlaps two pages at the registration roller. Duplex only on AR-287, AR-336. Defective duplex clutches. Replace duplex clutches (PCLC-0290FCZZ, PCLC-0291FCZZ).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
