I have a Sharp AR-407 in my territory that buckles and jams @ the PS roller. Cleaned the registration sensor with no luck any ideas would greatly be appreciative. Thanks
I also faced this kind of problem,I ve try change the feed clutch (transport) assemblly ( all of the clutch,if not wrong 4 clutches)changed the registration clutch & roller.its work only for a few copies.I have three of this machine.so now I let the machine just take a long rest in the dark room.
these machine already runs about 1m,400k and 600k.
If any tech have better solution are really appriciated.

I replaced more than five transports (drive assy with gears and clutches),and never had any problems for long time. Costs in EU are about 150 EUR ,and it is better to replace drive assy than you replace only clutches.So this is my advice. Good luck.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
of cause I changed the drive assemblly and it still the same,
If you have not (Z fold jam),means that resist roller is OK,tray to change this small peaces,once I took very long time to solve this problem (actuator was not in original condition). me also so sory .actually mine problem is the image have vertical white line.from top to bottom-A4 sideway.I suspected the pre regist roller push the paper toward the regist roller and make a too big buckle between the pre and regist roller.initialy the problem is Z folded paper.after changed the transport clutch assemblly then this problem came.I means vertical line.
I will assume that you have verified that the rollers are turning and your clutch is energizing the roller drive . if so you can go into simulation and change the timing of that clutch.
IT IS BETTER TO REMAIN QUIET AND BE THOUGHT A FOOL THAN TO SPEAK AND REMOVE ALL DOUBT
