i got a call from and end user saying that her sharp copier is saying needs new drum. she has bought two new drums and is still getting an error reading replace drum. this is keeping the machine from printing. i did some searching on the web and found that there is in fact a drum reset code sequence but was unable to get it to work. i dont think the sequence was right. could some one please explain to me the sequence so i can get this lad'ys machine up and running.
