    Sharp ARC260 F2-41 Error

    Heyas

    Having an issue with a Sharp ARC260, keep getting the error code F2-41, which is a problem with a cyan tank, we have replaced every tank and every drum unit, and of course reset the trouble codes.

    Anyone had any issue like this before?

      Loose Connector from TES harness (ARC260M/P Part Guide section 23, item 4 DHA1-3365FCZZ) (ARBC260/320 Part Guide section 22, item 4, DHA1-3365FC11) to TES sensor (ARC260 Part Guide section23, item 15, ARBC260/320 Part Guide section 22, item 15, VHPGP1A71L3-1)
      This problem has been reported for Yellow, but could also occur on the other TES sensors.

          Just to clarify:

          Are you working on a Bear: AR-C260
          or a Whale: AR-C260M

          Huge difference!
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
