The jams that I have come across are usually POD1S, MPPD3_S, MPPD4_S, MPPD5_S, with the paper skewing throughout the finisher or mailbox.

Remove the pass-through portion of the finisher and examine the rearmost fins for paper cuts that delay and/or skew the paper. I can usually file or sand down these fins to remove the cut portions. It works fine with smaller fins, just not cut fins. While you're in there examine the gate to make sure it is not broken or cut. Also remove any noise damping foam from that solenoid.

That should get you started. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've also run into the frame on the top of the finisher being slightly pushed down causing jamming/skewing. FN6 has been discontinued and is harder to get parts for...

So the only finisher option on the MX-M450 is a FN7 or its most recent reincarnation? =^..^=

As far as I know. Tried getting parts, and all our suppliers/dealers say it's discontinued. Only the parts that cross with the MS6 mail-bin stacker are available

There certainly were a lot of problems with the F1-87 codes. It took us a while to figure it out, but when solved they run pretty good. =^..^=
