    Sharp ar-m455n h4-01

Tried 2 BRAND NEW oem fusers and checked lamps on both. Reset with simulation works fine until machine gets turned off and gets cold again when you turn it back on it pops the code again. I reset fuser temps to default also. Any help?

    Thanks J.

Use DIAG (SIM5-2) to check the heater lamp
    Blinking operation.
If the heater lamp blinks normally:
Check the thermistor and its harness.
Check the thermistor input circuit in the
    control PWB.
If the heater lamp does not light:
Check for heater lamp disconnection and
    thermostat disconnection.
    Check the interlock switch.
Check the AC PWB and the lamp control
    circuit in the control PWB.
Use DIAG (SIM14) to cancel the trouble.

But you already knew that from reading the manual

I dont post on this site unless I have read the manual. Ended up being wrong fuser sent to us by our parts distributor. Though identical they use different voltages.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
