developer come out

Hi Tech Guys,
Basically i am a Toshiba tech. I have installed e-161
(same as sharp AR 160). I have faced the problum of
developer spillage while copying (in 4 machines same
problum). I tried the sulution of changing the new
drum kit. but the problum was not solved. Pl help me to
solve the problum.
The suggetion is greately appreciated and thank in
advance.

Is the mylar over the mag. roller flipped underneath?

DV coming out could be due to mylar on mag roller, also could be due to machine not being level or mag roller surface contamination. Have seen the level problem many times, try using a bullseye level on the glass to detemrine. Good luck.

If the main charge electrode and grid have toner on them it can also cause developer pull. I make a point the remove the grid in order to clean both.
