Re: Toshiba version of MX-M1205 not printing
Thinking outside the box, I wonder if the Sharp driver would work? If it would even find the machine on the network when installing? Might be worth a shot. There are newer drivers available for the Sharp version of the machine, released over a year after the most recent ones I can find for the Toshiba, that say they are WHQL Certified
I'll give that a shot on Tuesday. My boss kicked everyone out around 3pm due to the weather. I stayed until 4pm then said screw
it til tomorrow. That is if I can get out of the driveway due to the snow & sub zero weather. Oh well...it's Missouri! Don't like it,
the weather will change in a day or two. Forecast shows us up in the 50's next week LOL.Comment

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Toshiba version of MX-M1205 not printing
I noticed you said you are not using the WSD driver, but what about ports?
I have seen something very similar when installing Sharp machines where the printer would install using the hostname. Check your ports in the driver and make sure it is going to an IP address.
CMD> Control Printers> Right Click Printer> Printer Properties> Port Tab> Look at the column for ports.
Also, make sure you use IP allocation, it will save you drama. I have also seen issues where a customer put a sharp machine in static out of DHCP range, yet somehow the mfp was still getting conflicts. After back and forth with IT dept, ONLY when they did IP ALLOCATION, did the issue get resolved.
Good luck, sounds like fun.Comment

Sharp print driver, still won't print.
Uninstalled the Toshiba print driver, removed it from devices & printers. Installed the Sharp WQHL print driver.
Still won't print.
It does the same thing as the Toshiba driver, when you try to print a test page. You get an error message that
it failed to print the file, but it still prints out a blank sheet, with @PJL SE at the top left of the page.Comment

It didn't work either. I'm guessing that board is the issue. "Similar" to the Toshiba system board.Comment

Also, what windows 10 build is it? 1903? 1909? 2004?

Re: Toshiba version of MX-M1205 not printing
I'm on 20H2. We even tried to print from a Mac...same problem. He has the newest Mac
with that M1 or whatever they call it chip.
Printed out a network config page...
Shows 100Base-T Duplex: Full
Status Print: Yes
TCP/IP status enabled, DHCP disabled (I'm using static)
Ip, sub, gateway all ok
Netware disabled
Netbios disabled.
RUSTY, did you check the PORTS?

Re: Toshiba version of MX-M1205 not printing
I'm not sure did you try it already but can you print via USB port? Also at that point I will do full system initialize, not sure if dump you did equals to this though(working on other brands normally).A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. I guess there should be powerful reset within service mode or something like network initialize on Konicas.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Re: Toshiba version of MX-M1205 not printing
This happened to me last Friday, had to use wireshark and putty to find the issue. An LG Tv took the printer's IP for some reason.Comment

DHCP grabs an address, so it is showing up that way. Wonder if a stick of TNT will help.Comment

Thanks! Been at this for almost 40 years. I tell my younger techs, I'm like that Farmer's Insurance guy on TV.
