    Mx-M264 Blurry Copies

I have a MX-264N that when you make a copy, either through the document feeder or off the glass, they come out blurry (out of focus) and slightly shifted. Internal prints and when the customer prints to it come out fine.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Being that the image is out of focus AND slightly shifted, it sounds like the lense unit has shifted. It only takes the slightest of movement to have the whole image go pear shaped. Has the machine suffered any knocks or anyone tampered with it, because these things don't suddenly happen.

Thinking back, I've had two 2640 series machines that started doing wonky things with copies/scans, ended up having to replace the CCD. It was showing weird colored lines, blowing the image up a little and shifting it about an inch upwards.. Had the exact problem within days of each other, two different territories, and have never had it otherwise.

Thanks everyone, The CCD indeed fixed this problem. A few days later I had the same exact issue with a MX2616 and Immediately replaced the CCD.

So weird that it happens within days of each other like mine!
