    Mac Printing Issues

Is anyone still having issues when printing from Mac's? One of our customers has all Apple devices, and upgraded all at the same time, and had issues a year or so ago that we and Sharp couldn't resolve because it was Mac who broke it and had to fix it. Basically you weren't able to print using Presets in the driver, and had to select each and every preference you wanted each time. An update seemed to fix that, but NOW, they're having issues where only some of them (on OS14 and OS15), have an issue where you can't print in the "letter" (portrait) direction on 8.5x11 paper, you can only print in landscape BUT only from certain things. It's whacky, customer isn't happy, and I've tested it on our Mac here and it works fine on OS14... So idk what else to do, and it doesn't sound like a popular issue. Anyone else?

So many problems with MacOS updates ...
Did you completely remove and reinstall the latest driver with IP instead of AirPrint ?
Do you have problem with the generic AirPrint driver ?

Manufacturer's driver always, especially with this customer that has a booklet finisher as well as 4 drawers with different sizes in them.

The main reason this is an issue is we can't run the fuser clean pages because the only Letter paper is in Tray 2, and it's rotated to the "R" direction. I'll pretty much never use AirPrint with customers other than mobile devices.

With all the problems I've encountered, I mainly use the AirPrint driver unless there is a good reason (finisher is one).
