    MX-M365N firmware question

    Hello,
Trying to troubleshoot a printing problem related to an old MX-M365N with firmware 03.00.o1. Is there a newer firmware, and where can I get it?
A specific computer linked to this copier often gets his jobs stuck in the spool with no apparent logic or pattern, so I wanted to upgrade everything [driver & firmware] up to date to help us figure out the source of the problem...
This is the last step before making a service call, but I wanted to be able to state we did everything we could from our end before doing so.

I dont know if that will help. The last firmware released was June 2017.

Unfortunately, no. I don't know when the actual version was released...

Youre not using WSD driver or windows driver right?

From my experience, most IT guys don't know what they are doing when it comes to print drivers. Most just seem to use the WSD shortcut rather than downloading and installing the correct drivers from the manufacturer. And if they do install the correct drivers, they don't configure them, then proceed to lock down the driver settings behind an admin login

I have confidence in my IT guy, since everything else works fine. And his own workplace doesn't have a problem printing on the same machine.
