Did you try to ping the copier?
TCP IP -enable in network set up on user interface!
    Is network card activated??????????
did copier print as network printer before?
when you configured printer driver, what are your port setings? protocol-LPR enable not RAW, next lp , next counting LPR enable , next SNMP enable

Try to test your network card in another copier,if it works something must be wrong with your setings-(driver or copier)

If you're installing it where you had a cougar in place, check the port. Cougars printed through port 10001, Tigers through 9100. Using the same IP address will not work if the port is incorrect.
          Hope that helps !
