New AR-5316E Blank Copies

I have a brand new AR-5316E copier. I have installed the toner . Removed the shipping lock pin that keeps the scanner head from moving. The unit does not have any error messages. It will process the copy request without any abnormalities, but when you pick the copy out of the sorter it is blank no toner/text or graphics. Though I have a bag of developer, which is confusing if this model is claimed to be toner/developer ready.
Do I need to fill in the developer? Can I get assistance on howto.

It should give an error code if there was no developer. The setup instructions should be in the front of the service manual.
Have you tried to print any pages out of memory to see if they're blank ?

u should call a tech to put the developer in the dev station, easy thing to do, my op u don't have developer at all and the code may take some time till comes up

open left the front cover pull out the toner cartridge and then u should see the dev station screw pull the station out and look if there is balck dev on the foller(right) careful manipulating the dev station and dont bend it

hi.when you install abrand new machine like this ar5316.first you have to remove the safety screws with labels then you have to get developer container out & open the container of the developer then pour the developer inside it then go into simulation mode.clear>#>0># & put no.25 to set the developer after the rotation is completed put the toner cartridge & enjoy the clear copy.

if the bag came with the machine,then you will have to install...separate drum with dv unit,it should come with directions and like montana said test, command 25-01.
