BP-70M65 with H2-01 not clearing with new fuser?

Hello, anyone had any issues with the new monochrome series from Sharp?
We have a BP-70M65 we placed 1 year ago, 380,000 prints.
It has h2-01 and it did not clear with a new fuser. We also brought the fuser of the machine back to the office and it is working fine here.
Sharp is recommending a board but wondering if anyone has seen something similar. Thank you!

i had that on a BP-50C45 and it wasn't the fuser either. Ended up being the PCU pwb.

After the fuser, it's pretty much boards. Whether it be PCU or a power supply board.
