    MX M365 internal finisher

When the first page comes out it “snags” on a black arm within the finisher which sometimes it causes a jam. I was told it needs a new stacking assembly but unavailable because of the age of machine. The arm seems to raise easily when I lift it manually.

        Late reply but
you just need to remove the sticky noise damper pad the black lever rests on at idle, makes lever hard to push especially first print of the day. No parts required
