[Error Code] L4-17

Any Idea on how to fix error code L4-17? (BP-60C31)
Tried using sim25-1 and the black was reading lower than the other colors, during start up the machine couldn't complete the normal start up process

Check and see if the Black drum cleaning blade has flipped and making the drum hard to or impossible to turn.

We've had 2 drum blades in two different colors, same machine, flip, and mostly cause copy quality, but also could have eventually caused that code. Gotta replace the blade, and drum at least, if not the whole process unit if you want to be really safe.

Appreciate the response and help guys, I did manage to fit in a new drum motor and fixed the issue
