Yeah, Sharp doesn't support ARM technically, you'd have to use an IPP driver. Alternatively, somehow there's a way to install the Sharp Print Support App after installing a print driver, but we haven't figured it out yet, we just bought a laptop with an ARM processor for this purpose as well. It also could be in "S" mode, but I'm not sure that exists anymore, or what error you'd receive for that.
Make sure the device is not in "S Mode". If so, must be turned off via the Microsoft Store. It will allow the normal driver installation and at the last moment will give an "unsupported OS" message. Some Win 11 have this on by default.
