Has anyone come across this error code F2-64? Tried swapping the toner motors but the error still persists

Has anyone come across this error code F2-64? Tried swapping the toner motors but the error still persists

This can happen when the toner cartridge runs out of toner before the chip gets used up to 95%. Check sim 22 13 to see where the toner chip is reading and check the toner cartridge to see if it is empty. Or just try a new Black toner cartridge.

I managed to clean the toner supply unit and it did the trick. Released error and tested ok.
