BP-70C45 can not select mono

    BP-70C45 can not select mono

    After installing a new BP-70C45 on several terminal servers, regular users can not select 'mono' (administrator can)

    They can only select Color or Automatic. Mono isnt even visible...

    Latest pcl6 driver is used, also tested with the PS driver, same problem.

    Installed on ip-port, no wsd.

    Does this ring a bell with anyone?

      I've seen that before when GPO is pushing that, are they using Group Policy?

          Or perhaps you setup a preset, instead, go toto Printer Properties > Advanced tab > Printing Defaults, and leave everything alone. That's where the defaults preferences are set whenever a driver is pulled down from the server.
