Any ideas on what would cause these printers to print blank? The only thing I did was to pull the process unit out. The drum & the maintenance kit have only gone about 12% of their estimated yield.

What was the reason you pulled out the process unit out? Did you have blank prints/copies prior to this issue? Was the mfp off when you removed the unit? Is everything seated properly and plugged in tightly? -
It was printing fine before I pulled it out. The machine was off & everything is seated properly & plugged in tightly.Comment

Did you remember to plug the discharge lamp back in? Also, are they COMPLETELY blank? Or super light?Comment

I dont see what would have went wrong, but have you checked if the developer unit and the drum are turning?Comment
