    Getting Cancel message when scanning to Sharp MXC407F

    When my client scans to email and folder they are getting a cancel message. Any help would be great.

        I think on those Lexmark/Sharps thats the message you get when the message does not go through. Check your SMTP settings and DNS settings.

          Yes those smtp settings on this printers are sometimes a nightmare.

            Unplug whatever is plugged in the TEL port on the fax card.

              I have checked all the network settings and they all look correct. The SMTP looks correct and the network folder path and username looks correct.
