BP70C45 cuts off pages when printing on excel word or pdf documents

When my client tries to print documents it cuts off. I have tried multiple settings and still does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of cut off? Cropping extremities/frame? Half the page?

The bottom of the page gets cut off when printing. They use word and excel for printing.

Give us a full breakdown what you have tried and visual examples of the issue or you will rarely get a helpful response in this forum.

                  1. The correct drivers are installed.
                  2. I dont think that the client is clicking fit to page.
3, The trays should be in the right position.
                  4. I told the client to make sure that she is picking the right paper size for the job.

                  Maybe its an user error.

The issue has been resolved. The document had weird margins on the page. When the end user printed i made sure that she selected the setting fit to page and that fixed the issue. Also the paper in the tray was in the wrong orientation and had to change that in the print driver.
