    BP-70C65 pulling magenta non stop

Customer complain that every copy and prints are pink, and yes they are

    I've changed :
Drum unit and DV (not DV unit)
    Process control sensors
    1st and 2nd Transfer unit
LSU and LSU FFC (the ribbon)
    Clean and reapply conductive grease
Clean all contact and check for pollution on all PWB

22-06 and an example of a Cyan only copy below

I would suggest you replace the whole DV Unit and new DV.

MY GUY, we had this problem with Yellow. MC PWB. CHECK IT. A part on it actually cracked on ours, it was in the field for maybe a year before it happened.

I see you posted you swap the Drum assy but if you did not try this and also check the charge connections behind the drum assy. It is a write to black system meaning no charge black copies weak charge background copies.
I have seen this with two of my machines those copiers have charge roller technology and if the process drum unit is defective or charge roller is defective it will cause pink outcome because it is not getting its charge. Easy trouble shoot is to swap the magenta drum assy for the yellow and see if copy quality follows the unit. If it does follow change the drum assy with a good one.

Yeah ... Got a brainfart at the time. After replacing the Drum unit my Sharp rep asked me "Why did you not swap it with Black to see if it follows ?"
