MX-M363 5 dot pattern

I'm getting a 5 dot diagonal pattern going down the page on copies and internal prints such as the config page or meter report. But when I print test prints or lists in service modes the dot pattern isn't there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here is a config page with the dots and a settings page from service mode without the dots. It obviously has to be an electronic or software issue since prints from service mode have no dots but other than that I have no idea

You have the DSK installed, I would check in the settings for a watermark

The error codes on the 22-6 point to pwb problems. As the copier is over 13 years old I would tell the customer there is a pwb issue and they are no longer available. The MX-M363N was officially placed on the End of Life list by Sharp on 1/29/2021.

The End of Life document from Sharp is a good resource to give to end users who have very old equipment and expect you to keep it running.
