    SharpMX-M365 E7-11 code

    Hi everyone.This Sharp MX-M 365 throwing E7-11 code.I cleaned optics,mirrors home position sensor.Code went away and came back the next day.I then resitted all the ribbon cables to lamp and scanner controller.No luck.Then I took out laser and cleaned it up.very dirty.Code still here.I noticed in warmup the scan lamp comes on when it goes back to home it codes out.Not sure what's causing this issue.Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

      Check the white reference plate on the under side of the glass is either dirty or damaged.
