    Sharp mx m2651

    Trying to get into settings from op panel and it says please wait forever after pressing settings, tried going onto webpage that works , but when I put in admin password it says wrong password. Also cust is complaining about dropped printing jobs……….. had cust over 20 years he didn’t change it. Any one see this stuff? Thanks Dave

    There's a good chance that the HDD is failing. On the 22-6, 5th page, towards the bottom, look for HDD smart info. It should be all zero's, if it isn't, there's an HDD problem. Any errors, or PRI jams on the 23-2?

        If it's working, sure. I would just try to backup the machine in simulation first, and push it on afterwards. Most stuff should stay, but authentication doesn't usually come back.

          Awesome thank you! Lucked out over the years with having to replace one, will a Toshiba 500 gb 2 1/2 blank one new format itself?

            That HDD will work. We used the Toshiba MQ01ABF050 but now we install SSD drives.

                If it's a new one (without any format), yes, if not you need to format it in 62-1
