Hello,

If possible can i get a copy of this firmware. The version have i have (ver02.10.o1) does not support TLS ver 1.2 and as a result i am unable to scan to email with Office 365.

Thank you, just to clarify though, there are 3 files. Is there a particular order i should install them in, or should i just do the TLS upgrade,

Just do the TLS file, it should do the trick. Also, you may need to mess with the settings in Security > SSL Settings

Hello,
i placed it on a flash and tried to update but the message on the MFP is saying to enter a flash with the firmware.
the flash is formatted in fat32 and the file is in the root of the flash with nothing else on it. What could be the issue?
I also tried another flash.

What size flash drive? Gotta be less than 32GB more than likely. You can also go to the service webpage(not the normal webpage), by going to https://IPADDRESS/service_login.html with the password of service. And update it that way.
