Help Needed: Set up scan to Folder on MX-2600N

Our company have just taken on a dealership with Sharp and we have had a MX2600N thrust upon us in a regional office. have figured out how to set up scan to Email ( Through web browser) and all the other usual stuff. But can't figure out how to set up scan to folder. Will be getting training on this product but before I go on the course I would like to know some of the ins and out of these machines and the only thing that is holding me back is scan to folder. can any of you Sharp guys help me out with an idiots guide. Generally you would create a shared folder on a server or PC that you want to access. You would then go to the 2600 and setup the folder scan destination. You would then input the path to the destination folder(eg \\Server\Documents\Sharedfolder ) if authentication is used you will need to put in appropriate login etc.

You should be able to go into the address book and set it up through there the same way you add an email address. All you need is the UNC name \\hostname\share & it should work.
