Hello I have not heard back from anyone yet and was wondering if I could get the correct part number for the Power Supply.

New part# for the DC Power Supply is RDENC0136FCP7. Sharp has 1 in stock. Old part # was RDENC0136FCP1.

I have loads of machines in the warehouse if you want to try a power supply out of one of them. If you want me to pull other boards out of a machine and send them I can.

That would be very helpful! Would maybe just starting with the Power Supply and then if that doesn't work the others? Not sure how much effort it is to send all the other boards and don't want to ask too much and you have been so helpful already!

I have everything boxed and ready to ship. Check your email spam folder to see if an email I sent yesterday day was blocked.

Hey all, I know this thread is getting old but wanted to post an update:

Thanks to a very helpful fellow tech here we tried replacing the Power Supply Board but that did not work.
We replaced the green Controller Board and that DID resolve the no display issue and now it will make a copy!

However, it will not print and wanted to ask if anyone has seen the issue where the machine will not print and is showing in a yellow background "Waiting" message on the display?

I am very experienced in network printing and tried everything. I think it's something about the board not working or a setting I don't know about. Maybe someone has seen this? Thank you.

Are you using pcl driver? Machine doesn't come with PS out of the box, but I am not sure how it presents itself if you send a PS job to a non-PS capable machine.
Worth retrying the SD card cloning also, as they do fail frequently, and do some weird arsed faults when they play up.

Yes, using the PCL Driver. Will try another SD card just in case that is the issue. Thank you.
