[Misc] Sharp MX4070 blue partially missi

Hello,
there are fall outs in blue when print via PC.
C-Devunit, C-drum changed, original toner new.
Problem the same, see picture.

Please help, any ideas?

Have you inspected and cleaned Cyan laser unit?

Clean your Laser unit, dirt on the mirrors or the slit glass

I agree with Ricohrice and Copiertec. Look at the LSU slit glass. Are you saying that toner is the original toner? I would imagine it has been in the machine for quite a while, along with your other supplies. I would check the cyan DV unit. If the brush on the DV unit is the issue, you will see it. Doubtful, but did you just rebuild the cyan process unit? If so, is everything seated properly, especially the cover over the main charge. I haven't seated it properly before and I would get CQ.

I would print a 22-6 and see how long the supplies have been in the machine. If your supplies are pushing 2000 days, you should be having CQ issues shortly.

Do you see lines on the mag roller of the С DV unit?
