    [Electrical] Sharp MX2614 crum problem

    Hello Guys,
    MX2614 does not recognize original black toner cartridge.
    Changed cartridge but same problem.
    There`s possible to change crum module or whole logicboard neccessary?

      The harness can be ordered separatley: DHAI-4663FCPZ BF GN C CRUM harness (this does all 4 toners)
      Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

          Some of the older Sharps had issues with the bracket that holds the modular connector on the inner frame. If the toner cartridge is jammed in there too violently, the bracket will bend away, and the Crum chip connector won't connect. It's something to check for. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
